telkom's terrible customer service

<p>i took out a contract at a telkom store in irene in december 2015 and since then things have gone downhill. i pay my instalment every month for a phone i hardly use. its at repairs as we speak and this is the second time this happens ever since i took out the contract. i am not happy at all because in the meantime i have no alternative phone to use. when i go to the store my matter is handled with the slowest priority possible. its as if im not their customer. like im visiting or something. ive tried calling their head office and some ceo number that they gave me but no luck. the phones ring unanswered and when they do answer,they cough and hang up. id never recommend telkom to any of my friends and family members. they are are **** company.</p>
