telkom's service sucks

<p>last week tuesday spoke to nomsa or whoever who said she processed my order to get samsung j7 prime. Todays still no deduction was made. So i called telkom to try and cancel my order since 7days hasnt passed nobody even answered the damn call for 20minutes. I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER PLEASE.
