Telkom's service is pathetic

<p>I logged a fault report of my landline and internet connection . They send me a sms acknowledge the report and provide me with a service number. Two days later they sent me a nother message to i form me the problem was resolved. The phone line is till dead and no internet connection. After 10 phone calls to Telkom from my cellphone a very expensive exercise . Person at the call centre informs me my line was suspended because I apparently called in to cancel it. My bill is paid in full . And no at telkom seems to care or bother to help me. </p>
