TELKOM’S SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!

<p>My internet service, ********** 701, work only now and then. I reported a fault 55CTK191116 on 19 November. I received an SMS the fault was cleared on 26 November. The internet connection was stable but very slow.</p> <p>The service became unstable again on 1 December. I reported fault 315ctk011216. Yesterday 4 December there were no connection. It is now 5 December and still no reply.</p> <p>As from the 19 October to today I had only 5 days connection, then it was very slow. I am considering cancelling this line.</p>
