Telkom's sales agents

<p>5 Star ******* review. 3 weeks ago I signed up for a 50 gig LTE deal at Gateway Durban, cancelling my adsl line. I signed up with Ravi, the salesscientist, an agent for Telkom, they were sitting under a Telkom banner and wearing Telkom shirts. 3 weeks later after loads of promises and BS I still don't have a working system. I've just been into Telkom canal walk where I was treated very well by Edwin. Turns out the system was never going to work as the deal was never completed. I'm going to cancel this deal and they are not going to get their hardware back from me. All the running around they had me doing is going to rebound doubly on them. Telkom, you have a good LTE product but your agents are letting you down. Unfortunately you will be judged for the company you keep. One very unhappy customer.</p>
