Telkom's Pathetic service

<p>This must be my 5th complaint about Telkom. I really dont know hoe this useless company is still running with all the idiots working there.</p> <p>My buisness line has been down since 05/09/2016 and i have phoned over 500 times and everytime they say someone is assighned to it but they all seem to get lost or go missing cause no one has fixed the problem and no one informs me as to whats going on.</p> <p>Everytime i phone the telkom buisness line off my cell phone i have to wait for over an hour and has now cost me thousands of rands in airtime and loss of buisness.</p> <p>I have tried to connect the always on service but even that dosent work.</p> <p>I am now goint to move to an internet phone like neotel of one of them cause i will not pay telkom 1 cent more, they dont deserve my buisness.</p>
