Telkom's pathetic excuses, lies and poor service

I logged a fault via the self service portal as my internet/line was not working on the 11th of July 2015. I received the automated response from Telkom with a reference number (193CRK110715) via sms and email. With no further feedback from Telkom, I called on the 16th of July 2015 to follow up and \escalate". An escalation number (709901) was provided to me. A week later with still no contact from Telkom"
