Telkom's lack of customer service!

<p>I am furious at Telkom and the lack of customer service! I had ADSL with Telkom. The end of March 2016 I paid my telkom ADSL (for the month of April) as usual. However, after constant issues with my internet, I decided to cancel my internet package. On the 6th of April I sent all the relevant documents to cancel the service. On the 31st of April (basically a month after I app**** for cancellation), I still have not received any feedback from Telkom and thus decided to pay ANOTHER month (for the month of May), to ensure that I am not penalised due to Telkom not coming back to me. Received a few phone calls from Telkom in the beginning of May and on the 6th of May the internet was finally cancelled (after numerous phone calls). </p> <p><br />On the 11th of May Telkom sends me ANOTHER ADSL statement for the month of 8 May to 8 June (payable end of May) even though the internet was cut the 6th of May! I don't even have internet anymore, but you want to continue billing me?</p> <p><br />I am still waiting on my refund too for the month of May as I have paid for this month in full, but have no internet! When I asked customer service when I can expect my refund, the lady said I will receive it in June. That is ludicrous! I paid the installment in April, but get refunded in June? </p> <p><br />I cancelled my adsl due to the fact that I constantely had issues that Telkom could not clear up and that I wanted to sign for an LTE contract with Telkom. Seeing how customers are treated, makes it clear that it would be better using another ISP.</p>
