Telkom's Horrible Services

<p>For year we as a household have been with Telkom, my father even worked for them for 14 years and in all that time we have been neglected by the company named Telkom.</p> <p>I have reached a breaking point with the ******* customer services that they provide to us and many other friends and family. Many people I know have turned away from Telkom and have had minimal problems with their new internet line, companies such as AfriHost, Snowball, etc, but for myself it is not possible to switch ISP due to business.</p> <p>I have spent more hours on the phone with their terrible customer service than any other company or person and they refuse to fix the problems I face. I'm paying for a service that I do not receive.</p> <p>We have a 10mb uncapped line and pay a hefty sum, but the result is an intermitted line with 2mb stable.</p> <p>When calling them, the person answering the phone reads from a list of questions and "files" a fault. These faults have not yet been addressed and thus I am unable to do my work.</p> <p>I would not recommend Telkom to ANYONE even if my problems were to be fixed. I am disgusted and dissapointed with this company and hope by some act from above that this review will help me.</p>
