Telkom's Fiber Internet does not work

Telkom's Fiber Internet does not work. It is now again off for a week. There is no dedicated line to call if it is a fiber line and you have a problem. You call the standard 10210 number and are being transferred from the one agent to the other. You also can not get access to MyTelkom if you do have a fiber line. Received a reference number 94BTK130116 on 13 January. Nobody responded. Called this morning and received a new number F211618. Rather use another supplier if you need a fiber line
