Telkom's empty promises

<p>After a week of sending sms's and receiving phone calls from their "Complaints Management Service" or what ever BS name they call themselves, telkom promises to install my my landline facility n Friday morning 12 August, only to receive a SMS now, after how many calls to 10210 , I just received an curt SMS that the line will now be installed on the 18th August.</p> <p>So another wasted by and incomptent, inefficient, useless state entitywho knows that you, as a customer is powerless to do anything about it ,because they have the monopoly in the fixed line industry.</p> <p>It is high time the Competition Commission investigate Telkom and its anti-competition practises!!!</p>
