Telkom's empty promises

<p>it's six months now since I asked for one ****en simple requests, Do a number change... last consultant that promised me everything will be done was Bianca Delo, I've sent her serveral emails asking for feedback but seems like she doesn't give a **** about customer service... my case number ********** 3, lesson learnt if you want to deal with phones and contacts Vodacom MTN and Cell C are your best option because at least they know what they're doing.</p>
