Telkom's empty promises
I ordered a data line for my home and received an sms that the installation will take place 28th Dec. I had my family visiting so I ensured we stayed at home the entire day. NO ONE PITCHED!! I received a call the following morning from a technician who wanted to hear if I was home. I said I waited the previous day and no one came. His comment was: \ Something came up". We agreed on a time"
