Telkom's empty promises

It amazes me that everyone just believes the less than truth full response of Telkom's Social Media reps who respond to these complaints i.e. Here is a ref number, which means nothing when you phone Telkom. We will give feedback, never happens. We will call you back, never happens. So Telkom, 5 days ago you responded that you will call me, will give feedback and fix my problem. Nothing happened. No surprise!!!! So we complain again to go through this endless cycle. My ADSL line has still not been upgraded to a 40mbps line. The order is just stuck as in progresd under track my orders. Order ref no: ***A. When oh when great honourable and marvelous my tax paid monopoly will you honour me with some service.
