Telkom's email service down

Telkom's email service (incoming messages) have been down since Sunday night (10/01/2016). Apart from a belated response yesterday afternoon (message on IVR service) and brief explanation on the Telkom Community pages, NOTHING has been forthcoming and all Telkom clients are stuck without their full email service. This is really a pathetic way to start the year and questions have to be asked as to Telkom's technical ability to resolve problems of this nature.
