Telkom's ****py service
I called Telkom on 15/02/2016 to apply for a Residential landline with ADSL everything was approved I gave banking details I got a sales reference number via sms (***). When I called in on 17/02/2016 to check progress they told me the order never go through due to written off debt. I had a line previously but it was fully paid up via debit order. I hope this matter gets resolved. I had app**** for a 2mb adsl line and landline with installation fee off R790.
