Telkom's catch

<p>If like me you were impressed with Telkom's packages and are about to change toTelkom 'THINK AGAIN'</p> <p>The package I went with is one of the top packages the give me a lot of unlimted's. Except the sales guy does not tell you that certain numbers are not covered by thier network and I will have to pay extra to be able to connect with them. Basically I cannot call my office, my alarm company and a few other numbers because they are with non-Telkom landline providers. The result for Telkom is that the five phones at work and the two at home which were going to migrated to Telkom will not. I will also tell everyone I know about this so that a solution I thought would be hassle free is now going to cause me a serious amount of hassle every month. Thanks Telkom Northgate for not explaining this and now I have to put up with this until I can end my contract and go elsewhere.</p>
