Telkom's best employee

I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Lindiwe Mtshali in the prepaid department, she was exceedingly polite and efficient.<br> No one wants to spend any of their vacation time sorting out silly network things. Lindiwe was so cheerful and made the entire process seem effortless. She helped me sort out everything with great ease.<br> <br> She's a gem.
