Telkom's bad service is giving me Cancer

I have a business ADLS line that was installed on 23/05/2016.

From day 1 the line wasn't working.

I logged the first ticket at telkom on the 4th of June 2016.

After that I think I logged about 6 more tickets because Telkom kept closing my tickets without fixing my ADSL Line.

In the last 6 weeks, 1 Telkom technician came to my house, plugged his own router in and used his own ISP account and could see that my line wasn't working. He went on to say that he did not know what the problem was and left without fixing the problem. And ofcourse he closed the ticket saying it was fixed.

3 Technicians have been to the exchange and all of then said that they fixed the problem, and after I told them that my ADSL line was still not working, they went ahead and closed my ticket anyway.

Now... I work for a private company, and if we don't deliver, we don't get paid, unlike Telkom who I have paid for the last 6 weeks without having the service I paid for.

So I propose the following, either we both make peace with the fact that, you (Telkom), do not know how to fix my issue and reimburse me for the money I have spent on time, phone calls and data bundles then cancel my line, or you can enjoy my future business by sending a SENIOR Technician that understands how the basics of the OSI model works to fix my line and be done with it.

Only if this happens will you curb the chances of me getting cancer.
