Telkom's bad service

<p>We went to Telkom store, Clearwater on the 28th of Jan to apply for a businees phone contract. They said it would take 3-5 working days to check to see if everything is in order. It is the 14th of Feb and we havent heard from them again. We phoned them almost everyday and the last response was 'Dont phone us again we will contact you.' It is pathetic to wait so long for something so ridiculously easy to check. </p>
