Telkom's bad service

<p> I called Telkom last week concerning a fault on our line( ********** ),i was given a refence number 682 CWK220816 on Tuesday,until this afternoon they are giving me the runaround when the technician will come and sort our line.This is not the first time we have experienced this. The consultants gives you adifferent stories each time you contact Telkom,e.g the fault has been excalated ,technician has been assigned to our fault ***. Please help us this is a business line we are loosing profit each day the line is not functioning. It has has not functioned for the last 7 days.</p>
