Telkom's ASSIA system is USELESS
Hi Telkom,<br> <br> Please advise why you have implemented the ASSIA system if it does NOT work? Ever since this was implemented on my DSL line my 4Mbps line which normally synced at 4096Kbps now syncs at 2560Kbps.<br> <br> What do I have to do to get either my ASSIA profile changed from Interleaved to Fastpath or not to be on the system at all? On the old XACT system my line was working 100% for more than a year.<br> <br> Please Telkom PLEASE ! ! ! ! ! ! !

The Assia system is an automated system and the reason it would drop the speed is if there is an error on the line.
We have reported a fault, reference number 283CRK090216.
The fault is currently at hand with the testing department.
