My sickly mother and I tried cancelling an internet service with Telkom 5 years ago even after assurance that the service has been cancelled, and the device disconnected and disposed of. she is still being billed over R250 a month for the past 5 years! Do not use Telkom they tie you in so you cannot get out and keep taking money from you for nothing
