Telkom Run Around

Unpleasing experience with Telkom, specifically the customer care and Key West Mall. I wanted to migrate from prepaid to contract, and keep my number. The consultant the store was rude and gave me poorest customer service ever, she then advised that she logged a call for customer service to complete the transaction in 5 working days. After 6 days waiting, dololo. I called customer service only to be told that its the stores duties to do that. I opt to cancel the contract sim only to be told i can do it online, online under manage my accounts nothing displays. I just wanna cancel it.
