Telkom ruins my credit score!!!

I have never had a contract with Telkom yet i keep getting debited every month! To the point where it has now affected my credit score, preventing me from taking a mortage! Initially i logged a query and submitted all the required documents that Telkom requested, since then i have made several follow ups (calls and emails) and NOBODY was able to assist me. i am now in a situation where i have a bad credit score, which i have never had before, due to a contract that i supposedly have with Telkom. This has been going on for a year and each month i have to constantly do reversals, for something i did not sign up for.
