Telkom ruins lives

Telkom is inconsiderate towards people using theirs services. I contracted to telkom in 2018 as I landed a job that required internet services. The line worked fine and then on March 23, 2020 the services just disconnected with no notice. After relentlessly going back and they said they are no longer offering services in my area. We were not once informed of this, surely they should have notified us if this was the case if they new this way ahead. I now don't have a job because of this and further more because of the lockdown no one else is able to provide me with a service. Telkom does not care whether they ruin lives or not because they really don't need the money. Their pockets are already filled. They are selfish and don't care about the man on the street.
