Telkom ruining my record

I called in to Telkom in April of this year asking for a settlement amount for my cellphone contract with them, I received the amount and paid it and asked for closure, I was told to wait 24 hours then call in and do the cancelation, which I did, I was told payment was received and closure would take place... In June Telkom started debiting my account again, I have been reversing the amount since, now in August im receiving sms's and calls saying I owe +- R11500 at Telkom, I have sent numerous email to Telkom asking what is going on, no response up until about a week ago when they emailed and said they received payment but it was reversed back into my account( no such thing, no money has been reversed back to me) I'm now being called daily by Blake and Associates and being told my account has been handed over to them and I should make payment arrangements, they to have been wasting my time because I have sent them proof of payment and my bank statements that prove that no money was reversed back to me, I'm now highly annoyed because nobody seems to know what's going on and the fact that I'm handed over to lawyers is going to ruin my very clean record.
