Telkom ruining my life and trying to ***** my money.

i really dont know what to do anymore, i have app**** for Telkom ADSL line for my house and they never install the line since June 2018.To my suprise i am receiving invoices monthly that i owe them and when i make calls to follow up what is it for i am been sent from pillar to post.I am receiving sms that i must pay and i sosnt know what to do anymore i have 3 references that it will be resolved and today i received the mail.Telkom your service is pathetic and you are really gunning to ruin my name for services that you never rendered and i have to spend more than 50 minutes holding everyday with no help.I was told to call sales team and there is no way in hell you will get through to them, is like chasing a ghost.
