TELKOM RUINING MY LIFE

Telkom is so devilish.I’m now taking my issue with Telkom social media.Last week I wrote a review about Telkom claim I did not sign a debt order mandate as a result they can not debit my monthly payment for my contract but funny whenever they feel like going into my account they go in and take any amount they want .in May I call them again and they told me to pay R1200 and they promised to send me a debt order mandate so they can start debiting monthly .I paid the R1200 but didn’t receive any mandate.Towards the end of June ,on the 24 June I received an SMS stating that I should make a payment for zmy June premium.I made a payment of R1300 on the 26th June then the next thing on the 28th Telkom goes into my account using the debit order mandate that the claiming they do not have and took R3205.12 from my account which makes a total of R4500 from my June salary, how do I pay for my other debit order in this case??? I then called Telkom on the 28th after my bank told me they used s debitt order mandate to debit the R3200 .I then asked TRLKOM TO REVERSE THE R1300 that I paid on the 26th as per their instructions .Telkom then tells me they can only refund me after 10days as soon as both payments the R3205.12 the debited and R1300 I paid reflects on their side.I waited for that to happen instead today the 6th July I receive a statement where in on the R1300 appears but N not THE R3205, 12 that they debited.According to that state I STILL OWE THEM ANOTHER R3500.SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THE R3205.22 THEY TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT IN THE 28thJUNE .IM TIRED OF THIS .MY LIFE CAN NOT BE RUINED BY TELKOM .I HAVE BILLS TO PAY .I TAKiING THIS TO DOVISL MEDIS IM TIRED OF THRSE ****** .I CANT TSKE THIS ANY MORE on the have been chasing after Trlkom asking why are they not denoting my account
