Telkom ruining my financial future

Telkom has arrogantly ignored my cry to fix my credit record for 3 weeks now even though I have sent them all the proof (which they confirmed) that I've been up to date with payments since 16th February.

I have told them that if it's not fixed I stand to lose the opportunity to purchase to purchase the property I've made an offer to purchase on. I've sent emails even to managers, complained about how their consultant even **** to me on a call. Not a single response! I have spent a lot of money and time calling and driving to their store in plea for help. Still nothing till today, my offer to purchase even expired and I can't even try get another since they haven't fixed the record as requested via call, Twitter and call! I have probably lost the property. I don't know what to do as I have begged and begged! I had told the developer that I intend to move in 1st April (I intended to put in notice to vacate my current residence on 28th February - 1 month's notice)
