Telkom ruining businesses

I run a medical centre and my telkom line has been off for over a week. It is absolutely ridiculous as patients cannot get hold of me. I've phoned numerous times gotten different reference numbers and sms's telling me the problem has been resolved yet it is still not working. No technicians have been sent out. I've even emailed and phoned them to at least divert the call to another number in the meantime but alas that's telkom for you. Definitely thinking of just getting a cellphone definitely more reliable.
