Telkom ruined my year

If you're thinking of getting a contract with Telkom, I'd advise against it. I ordered a phone in January and I didn't get the phone even though they were happy to make their deduction from my account for that phone, when we called to cancel that contract, they told me I'd get my money back within 7 business day, they said this in February and a month later, I still didn't get my money, each time I call them, each agent would make me jump through hoops just for my problem not to be solved, mind you, I don't have a phone, I'm using an outdated tablet which is very inconvenient and I can't even get a new contract elsewhere because I'm still bound by this unresolved issue. Long story short, don't trust Telkom unless you're trying to ruin your year.
