telkom ruined my credit record

i have been going up and down with this query for almost 2years with no help at all i write this with the greatest dissapointment telkom has *****ed me over now my credit record is tarnished because of you whats frustrating is the cases that we log and never get any responses now the account is defaulted i dont have any answers but a tarnished credit profile im so upset with telkom and regret the day i took up a contract with you i escalated the matter to icasa
