Telkom ruined my credit record

<p>Telkom charged me for an internet line that was not working, upon me notifying them that the account does not work. They promised to cancel my account, they did so but had put it on my credit record that i was 3 months in arrears.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has not been cleared and i can't get financial assistance from the banks because i am not in good standing with Telkom!!</p>
