TELKOM RUINED CEILING HAS NOT PAID FOR DAMAGES

In November 2017 I had Telkom install fibre at my house. The wires are extremely messily laid and the workmen broke through my ceiling!!! I was told to submit an invoice which would be paid. IT IS NOW JUNE 2018 and despite numerous promises on twitter and private whatsapp to the person who was working at my house NOTHING HAS YET BEEN PAID
