Telkom- rude and *****!

I am very upset and annoyed I called Telkom and paid as per the payment arrangement agreed on 2 December 2021 and till now I still get calls I owe money - which yes cause I am paying it off , but now ghey want to suspend my line?? I emailed proof of payment as well and missing one month they have now sent me a huge amount for December deduction , I am tired of this they keep dropping my call while I talk to them
