Telkom rude and *********** people, and can't fix my problem!!!!!

My mother has a problem with her emails, all out of the blue there was limit put on her incoming mail, so as soon as someone sends a mail with an attatchment it doesn't come through.

I have phone Telkom technical service so many times, without success, people are so rude, and NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM, how is this possible?????

I am so fed up with Telkom and it's poor service and super rude, *********** people working for them!!!!!
