Telkom rude and and helpfull to business clients.

I am absolutely shocked by a call I received from a extremely rude lady called Avulele from Telkom.

We have requested our business line to be moved to a new premises extremely urgently. I app**** in my capacity as director of the company.

Avulele phoned me and said I am not the account holder and she can't speak to me and we have to reapply on the website and wait another week. I said I have my business partner here why can't she just speak to him, she said, oh, yes we can do that.

When I asked why she sauggested I must reapply and wait another week she did not respond, I asked how we can get hold of her and she stayed silent for a moment and then she put down the phone in my ear. Obviously she is just lazy and deliberate unhelpful. Staff like this drag your company name through the mud.

We are a call centre and your service is absolutely shocking. Avulele from Telkom has provided me with the worst service I have received in a long time.
