Telkom ******* billing and service

My husband signed for two devices around four months ago, one contract for 299 another for 499. They warned us first billing is double which they took 1258 Fine, but now it doesnt stop they want to take that amount every month, so we stopped the debit orders cause they also just took money whenever they feel like it. When we tried to get help going in store, two store assistants just laughed in my husbands face while another pretended to be on phone outright ignoring him then when he tried another counter the guy puts phone down to help someone else only to see my husband turn back to him ohhh surprise he picks up phone again and pretends to be busy????

We stopped the orders becuase what telkomis doing is *******. The contracts do not add up to that much every month , what the hell is going on with their billing,...... Now they threten us with legal action for payment... Well first fix your mess then maybe you get whats rightfully due not what you make up to be due....
