Telkom ******* as always

<p>I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks to have an adsl line installed. I got told that today you'd finally send a technician. Firstly it's an all-day appointment so basically I had to take leave off from work to sit around and wait for your technician because Lord knows it's too difficult to give an estimated time. I wait around the whole day calling no less than 8 times to follow up when the technician is supposed to arrive to be promised that he would come. Now it's 4:30 - the whole day is over and no one ever came. This is so typical of telkom. Useless. Totally useless. Every time I have had to deal with you in the last five years it's always been the same story - you always ***** up. Always. Every. Time. No exception not once</p> <p> </p>
