Hi, Your Chat Zone = *******. I get dropped every time by Telkom.
I have finally after 30min got through to Telkom regarding my query. Then i was told that NU-Debt has taken over my account. Ive contacted Nu-Debt and they do not have my account.
All i am requesting is a statement for the settle amount so that i can make payment , for the default to go off my name.
But for some reason people at Telkom also do not know what is going on. And yet i am still awaiting feedback from this terrible company. All i need is account details and Ref, so that payment can be made asap to remove the default.
But this company has no idea how it is supposed to run.
SEND ME MY STATEMENT FOR MY ACCOUNT SO THAT I AM ABLE TO REMOVE THE DEFAULT OFF MY NAME!!!! YOU GUYS AND YOUR SERVICE ARE UP TO ****!
