Telkom RSA

I took a Telkom SA (8ta) cell phone on contract between May June 2014, I paid it in full for two years. A year later I noticed on my credit check that I owe Telkom R1 500.00 of which I was not aware of it. I then made follow up with Telkom legal section over this matter and they promised to clear the matter since they accepted their fault. Up until today, the outstanding payment is still not cleared out on my credit list. I am writing you to asks for your help to clear this debts on my credit check since it is denting my name badly. I am highly disappointed by Telkom SA (8ta) .
