Telkom Router theft

The word service has no meaning when it comes to dealing with this pathetic company. This company is STILL debiting my account for a product and service I do NOT have in my possession. NONE!!!!!! As in ZERO of your call centre staff have actually got a cooking clue how to help in order to reverse the payment ****** out of my account. Any other country in the world, this would be classified as THEFT!!!!!! (Note to HELLO PETER - This would be a perfect candidate for NEGATIVE star ratings. )
