Telkom router off for 2 weeks no answers

I am already two weeks struggeling with them. My telkom router is not working due to them apparently upgrading the towers. but now i dont have no signal. if i phone they said they will look into it and give me a ref. no luck . when i phone again they tell me still waiting. but this is now already two weeks and no answer. Now i have to pay for not using my router. i need to get hold of somebody higher because i dont get any answers.
