Telkom router hardware failure within 6 months and no point of exchange

Telkom your service sucks at your telkom direct stores particularly the one in Benoni. Please tell me where I can have my telkom internet router exchanged. This is faulty and have not had service for the last week. Your agents at telkom store Benoni only have one solution - book in device and wait 21 days. This is unacceptable as I have had your service for 6 months. Please advise urgently. Why should it be booked in I have contacted your call centre numerous times - nothing wrong with my line. I want a prompt solution as I am dependant on my internet service
