I bought my router 2 weeks ago suddenly the router stopped working I called the call centre they said I must go to the store, this morning I sent to the store they said they don’t have a technician I must go to Cresta or Clearwater. So I decided to call again because the WiFi is connected but it says no network I was hoping that they will tell me what to do I did restart the router but still
