<p>I ordereda Telkom router , they gave no tracking number just oan order number. A sms said Thursday I would receive but did not, same sms Friday did not receive, phoned them Friday, found it in Cape Town with a date of Nov 2015, my order date is only 22 February 2017! I supp**** them my Id number which they told me I should receive the same day, address Standerton and I am in Rustenburg! Asked The manager to call me, today Monday, Phoned again, busy on phone mostly queing for more thanan hour, again no satisfaction, requested to speak to manager again, got transferred back to enquiries, the best for me I decided was to hang up on Telkom, back to square one. ps Payment went off already, 2 days after I app****!!</p>
