Telkom Rosebank PATHETIC

Pathetic service received. I was made to wait two hours to pay R6.77 (without prior notification) in order to open a contract. Due to some turn around time I could not get the deal. This was obly communicated at the very end.

There was absolutely no effort by staff to rectify the historical error on Telkoms part.

A complete waste of time. Actually nauseated by the terrible service.
