Telkom Rosebank mall- worst customer service !!

<p>I signed a FTTX contract with Telkom forR799 more than a month ago at Rosebank mall, They run a promotion for R799 for 10M uncapped and the normal price is R1042.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I recieved this month bill, I saw telkom charged me with the normal price, I went to the store at rosebank mall and they advised me that the problem is not in store and was telkom billing department. I called telkom account and they said store made a mistake on the contract and they didn't use the promotion.</p> <p>So, for the second time I went to telkom store and the so called manager at telkom store first refuesd to help and then she said she had fixed the isse. Today I called telkom account and they informed me that the store manager at rose bank has **** to me and she hasnt fixéd the issue on the contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seems telkom doesn't have any idea who should be a store manager, If she is not aqble to fix the issue on the contract she shouldn't have **** to me . and why on earth if there is a promotion and customer is comming to use that promotion why you applying for the normal price.</p> <p>This is *****.</p> <p>Shame on Telkom rose bank, I have to go back again to this F store and hope she already has learend how to fix it.</p>
