Telkom Rosebank bad servise

i am not happy how i was not assisted at Telkom shop Rosebank next to spar i went there to do swim swap the guy who was assisting me asked me to pay then i gave him cash the he said he doesn't have change i assisted on paying with my card he said the money is to little he cant assist me until i have change he even said i should go look for a change then come back the service was horrible
